Job Responsibilities:

a. Facility Management: Develop and execute facility management plans to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities, including buildings, utilities, and grounds.

b. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in facility management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

c. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor facility management teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to maintenance schedules.

d. Operational Optimization: Identify opportunities for operational optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction within facility management processes.

e. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and building codes to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.

Job Requirements:

a. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

b. Experience: Over 7 years of progressive experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing facility operations.

c. Skills:

i. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

ii. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

iii. Proficiency in facility management systems and software.

iv. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

v. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
