Job Description:
We are seeking a male Sales Executive with a passion for real estate and a strong drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, be self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including referrals, direct prospecting, and property exhibitions.
- Provide property information and conduct site visits to showcase the features and benefits of our developments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable property solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring follow-up and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about the property market and trends to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract potential buyers.
Requirements:
Gender Requirement: Male
Education Level: Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of the property market or willingness to learn.
Skills: Able to communicate in English, BM and Chinese, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attitude: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals.
