Job Description.
- Manage farm projects and oversee entire project phases from proposal to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including veterinarian, nutrition experts, engineering, technical, and mechanical teams, to ensure meeting the functional goals.
- Ensure that poultry environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, ventilation) are maintained at ideal levels and continuously improved for optimal living conditions.
- Provide technical support and the management in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in poultry farm management or experience in managing technical and poultry farm projects.
- Strong knowledge of poultry production, nutrition, flock health, flock husbandry and biosecurity practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experienced in executing and improving procedures.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, able to engage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders
- Well verse in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- Able to work in farm environments.
- Willingness to travel across farms in Trong, Sua Betong and Gurun.
