Job Responsibility

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
  • Develop brand strategies to enhance visibility, engagement.
  • Oversee content direction for social media, website, and creative assets such as graphic design, and packaging.
  • Manage Meta Ads and other digital ad platforms to meet campaign goals.
  • Coordinate and lead collaborations with influencers, KOLs, stylists, and media partners.
  • Supervise junior team members to ensure timely and high-quality output.
  • Work closely with sales, retail, and creative teams to align marketing direction.
  • Organize and support brand events, fashion shows, and seasonal product launches.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2â4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on skills in campaign planning and execution.
  • Solid experience with Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and social media growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team members, timelines, and multiple projects.
  • Creative eye for fashion branding, content direction, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and take full ownership of tasks and campaigns.
