- Identify and target potential clients, focusing on acquiring new business in the courier sector.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to showcase J&T Express services.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Requirements :- - A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
