STRATEGIC ROLE:
To assist the Operations Manager, Thermal to carry out the company's commitment and promise delivery of service level to the customers.
To carry out maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and retrofitting of Thermal Products.
To assist in the cost evaluation required for "time & material" repair quotation.
To carry out planning & scheduling of weekly Thermals group operations.
To provide technical analysis and proposal to customers.

Accountable for delivery professional and quality Service which meet the customer's expectation.
Make Vertiv to customers preferred choice as trusted business partner by delivering quality and services on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Assisting the Operations Manager, Thermal to carry out the company's commitment and promise delivery of service level to the customers.
Support the Operations Manager, Thermal in planning and organizing departmental matters.
To provide technical support and assistance in the cost evaluation for "time & material" repair quotation.
Exercise a professional and customer-oriented approach with a service level reflecting Vertiv as a company of world class quality.
Participate and contribute to the training, supervision, motivation and development of the Junior/Senior Customer Engineers for continual improvement and optimized performance.
Keeping up to date the knowledge and application of company products / services.
Continually developing and improving himself as a service professional by self-analysis, reading, benchmarking against the best in the industry and practicing.
Ensure the SLA to always meet as per the Business commitments.
Planning and utilize the manhours effectively and efficiently in order to have better productivity results.
Become 1st level escalation channel who to face customers complain and work closely with customer in order to create the MOP, MOS, JHA, Work permits and other customer compliance documentations.
Assist Operation Manager in order to retain the service safety stocks.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum University Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years field service experience or any other related Degree.
Excellent knowledge in Thermal Dynamics.
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in service field.
Computer literacy and familiar using Ms. Excel, Word, PowerPoints.
Good communication skills both towards customers and internally.

Good technical knowledge.
Excellent skills in technical analysis.
Able to use test instruments and tools intended for air products.
