About the role

Join PRIMUDA SDN BHD as a Field Water Filter Engineer - Technician based in Ipoh Perak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of water filtration systems for residential and commercial customers. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our customers have access to clean, safe drinking water.

What you'll be doing

Install, service and repair a variety of water filtration systems and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water filtration systems
Provide education and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of their water filtration systems
Maintain detailed records of all service calls and installations
Assist with the procurement of necessary parts and materials
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

SPM, TVET or Diploma/STPM or equivalent in water treatment, plumbing, or a related technical field
Encourages fresh graduates to apply
Minimum 2 years of experience in water filtration, plumbing, or a similar technical role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A valid driver's license (GDL)
