Job Summary & Highlight
In this role, you are required to provide the corporate tax group with divisional tax support to assist in the discharge of its responsibilities, direct and coordinate on a divisional basis the international tax matter of FedEx, to ensure foreign and US tax compliance, planning and research and the proper structuring of divisional international transactions. Moreover, you are responsible for analyzing and managing the corporation’s divisional tax risks and assist in resolution of local tax issues.

- Experience: 4 years of professional experience in corporate taxation
- Language: Proficiency in English and Malay
- Knowledge: Good technical knowledge of regional tax laws

Requirements
- 4 years of professional experience in corporate taxation
- Fluent in English and Maly (both written and spoken)
- Good technical knowledge of regional tax laws
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting
- A minimum of four years of professional experience in corporate taxation with a public accounting firm or industry tax department
- Good technical knowledge of regional tax laws with strong research skills and technical writing ability
- APAC / international tax knowledge is preferred, including understanding of APAC tax laws, APAC corporate and individual tax filings
- Strong communication and human relations skills for the successful interface with executive management and officers of the company and outside advisors
- Travel may be required
