tAs a Finance & Accounting Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations — ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and insightful analysis that drive strategic decisions. You will manage month-end closings, strengthen internal controls, and support tax, audit, and cash flow activities. By turning complex financial data into actionable insights, you’ll enable better forecasting, improve financial transparency, and help optimize business performance across the organization

Your daily responsibilities includ
e: Month-End Closing & Accounti
- ngMaintain accurate monthly financial and management reports including profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. Ensure balance sheet schedules are updated on monthly basis and reconciled to relevant General Ledger
- s.Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of financial records and internal controls to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, MFRS and the company’s accounting and internal control policie
- s.Perform account reconciliations (balance sheet, intercompany, accruals etc.) and investigate variance
- s.Support the preparation of tax computations and other tax matters, including but not limited to corporate tax filing, tax installment, tax estimates, e-invoicing and withholding ta
- x.Support monthly and weekly cash flow forecasts and assist in monitoring liquidity and working capital position
- s.Monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate inventory count and collaborate with other departments on inventory variance reconciliation
- s.Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other external parties to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance matter
- s.Draft and document finance process flows and internal control procedures for new or revised processe

- ngAssist in monthly management reporting by providing detailed variance analyses and explanation
- s.Prepare financial performance summaries and conduct deep-dive analyses to identify key cost driver
- s.Support forecast/budget preparation and perform variance analyses to monitor performance against target
- s.Assist in preparing management decks and presentations for internal review meeting
- s.Participate in ad-hoc analyses and continuous improvement projects including ERP enhancements or automation initiative

Additionally, you
- have:Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related f
- ield.Prior experience working in a professional audit firm is an added advan
- tage.Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis and/or management reporting – ideally within manufacturing or startup environm
- ents.Sound understanding of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and month-end/year-end closing proce
- sses.Proficiency in ERP systems especially Infor is highly va
- lued.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Power BI for data analysis and repor
- ting.Detail-oriented, analytical and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environ
- ment.Proactive, willing to take up challenges and capable of meeting tight reporting deadl
- ines.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across funct
