- Generate and manage customer invoices, credit notes, and other relevant documents in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to billing schedules and proper documentation.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports and customer statements, proactively identifying overdue accounts and following up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure timely invoice requests.
- Capture bank transactions and conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain organized records of all invoices and supporting documentation.
- Process incoming payments and accurately record transactions in the accounting system.
- Provide regular updates to the manager on collection delays, AR disputes, and propose solutions to expedite resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, perform customer reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the manager in day-to-day financial operations.
- Preferably graduates from finance and/or accounting background.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge & experience in using SQL Accounting System is an added advantage.
- Must love to work in a high growth startup environment.
- Must have a high sense of responsibility & accountability.
- Positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
