- Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.- Maintain and update financial databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.- Assist in preparing and organizing financial reports, invoices, and payment records.- Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks and ensure timely data updates.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes and provide necessary administrative support.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.- At least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
