Finance and Admin Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Admin Manager to join our dynamic team at Vandashima Hi-Tech Materials (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a key member of our organisation, this full-time position will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and manage operations within the group
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Oversee the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Manage the administrative functions of the business, such as HR, IT, and facilities management
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Assisting director in planning, strategies and research potential international market

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a similar finance and administration role
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance
• Proficient in the use of financial software and ERP systems
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
