Finance Assistant

Responsibility

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
• Familiarity with SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
• Filling for all accounting documents as assigned.
• Meet KPI as assigned.
• To assist in school events if necessary.

Requirements

• Educational Background: A LCCI/CAT/diploma/degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply; Those with 1~2 years relevant working experience will be added advantage.
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify financial challenges, propose solutions, and make recommendations for improved financial performance.
• Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical practices and integrity in handling financial information and transactions.
• Collaboration: Work well within cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues from different departments to achieve financial goals.
