ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the full sets of accounts, include handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable & collections , bank reconciliation , journal entry , etc.
• Responsible for daily accounting duties & processing transaction and ensuring that the accounting records in the system comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standards & procedures and related statutory and tax requirements.
• Handle the Company's monthly staff payroll including statutory payments and staff claims.
• Support in month-end closing procedure with timely and accurate recording.
• Provide daily reporting on Accounting related tasks to the Superior.
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
  
  
  Requirements :
  
• At least 2 year relevant experience.
• At least Advanced Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Mandarin speaker will be preferred that can communicate with Chinese customer.
• A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in Autocount software.
