Finance Assistant/Executive

Qualification:
1) At least Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
2) Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or administrative role (internships or entry-level positions count).
3) Basic understanding of financial transactions and bookkeeping practices.
4) Well verse in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills.
5) Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and budgeting basics.
6) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
7) Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job responsibilities:
1) Financial record keeping and data entry, maintain updated records for accounts payable and receivable.
2) Maintain organized files for easy access to financial documentation and audit purposes.
3) Provide general administrative support to the finance team, such as handling correspondence and managing communication with external business associates.
4) To perform any other duties assigned by superior/Management from time to time.
