Qualifications & experience

  • Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the leisure/entertainment industry, other industries are welcome to apply too.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on financial performance on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Manage and oversee the administrative functions of the center, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement administrative and operational policies and procedures.
