Job Description
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Oversee financial risk management and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for key decision-making.
- Manage and develop the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures to maintain financial stability.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed.
- Drive process improvements and automation within the finance department.
A Successful Finance Director Should Have
- A professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial leadership within the property industry.
