Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Full Set Account Management -Handle complete accounting processes for company.

2. Financial Reporting- Prepare income statement, balance sheet, monthly financial statements and relevant schedules.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

Manage billing, collections and debtor analysis.

4. Accounts Payable (AP)

Handle invoicing, payments and creditor analysis.

5. Bank Reconciliation

Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts.

6. Ad Hoc Duties

Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• LCCI / Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
• Good communication skill, independent and problem-solving skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in the accounting field is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCount accounting software is a plus.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Malay.
• Working location is Johor Bahru.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
