Job Description:
1.Handle all aspects of daily accounting and finance ,operation and tax related matters.
2.Assist in raising payment vouchers and performing data entries of basic accounting entries.
3.Handle invoices, payments vouchers and billings.
4.Maintain proper administration filing and keep sufficient accounting records.
5.Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets.
6.Assist in flights and hotel reservation.
7.Assist payroll related matters, annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, SST and
etc.
8.Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned.
9.Assist in daily operation and answering incoming calls.
10.Able to multi task and remain motivated and positive.
