Finance Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the implementation and management of e-invoicing systems and processes
• Conduct daily reconciliation between accounting system transactions and e-invoicing middleware validated transaction
• Handle rejection cases promptly when customer reject e-invoicing
• Upload ticketing reports into e-invoicing middleware on a daily basis
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and customer interactions
• Ensure data integrity an accuracy in the e-invoicing system
• Identify discrepancies and perform a detailed analysis of the problem to enhance processes
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues/complaints related to e-invoicing. (QR code, Web portal, E-invoicing Middleware)
• Liaise with IT and external vendors for system updates and troubleshooting support
• Ensure timely generation, delivery, and processing of e-invoices in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor changes in tax laws and e-invoicing regulations and implement necessary adjustments
• Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Professional qualification or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 years of working experience in related field
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Quick learner and proactive approach
• Required skills: Computer Literate, Microsoft Office
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
