The Finance Manager is expected to have a broader organizational impact, beyond just managing day-to-day finance operations, by strategically influencing business decisions and driving improvements across functions.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements to maintain transparent and compliant financial operations.
• Controlling & Costing: Lead plant controlling and costing activities by ensuring accurate data, robust analysis, and effective cost optimization to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Cycles, Reporting & Operational Excellence: Drive accuracy and timeliness across financial cycles while delivering insightful reporting and supporting operational excellence through actionable financial guidance.
• Inventory Control & Stock Management: Oversee inventory accuracy, lead stock assessments, and collaborate with operations to optimize stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
• Balance Sheet and Fixed Asset Management: Manage fixed assets and capex processes by ensuring accurate valuation, supporting investment decisions, and conducting periodic balance sheet reviews.
• Stakeholder Management, Operational Support & Financial Awareness: Act as a strategic finance partner to drive alignment, enhance financial understanding, and support cross-functional collaboration for business success.

and you possess;

• In-depth knowledge of costing, financial compliance, and reporting.
• Good hands-on knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, SAP.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, ensuring integrity in all financial processes and reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Strong communication (English verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ability to inspire and grow a cost-aware culture across the organization.
• A minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or a closely related field.
