Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
- Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience within the accounting and finance field.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Experience in the Fintech industry is an advantage.
- Mandarin proficiency is a must.
