Finance Manager (FMCG) / Up to $8,500 Monthly

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement financial processes and systems, including accounting procedures and internal controls, while collaborating on the ERP rollout for the FMCG division to ensure integration with group-level systems for seamless reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely quarterly financial statements in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts for the FMCG division, monitor performance against these budgets with variance analysis, and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improved performance.
• Establish robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• Recruit, train, and develop a competent finance team while providing leadership, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and conducting regular evaluations.
• Required to occasionally travel to Miri and Sibu to support business needs and collaboration with local team.

Requirements

• Reputable Degree in Finance / Accountancy with at least 4 years of experience handling Finance functions
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, FRS standards and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
