About This Role
As a Finance Operations Assistant, you are responsible for posting financial transactions to the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports by codifying and cleaning data before entering the corresponding journal entries into the system.

About This Role
As a Finance Operations Assistant, you are responsible for posting financial transactions to the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports by codifying and cleaning data before entering the corresponding journal entries into the system.
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Saturday to Sunday: Off
- Public Holidays: Required to work on Malaysia public holidays (excluding personal festive holidays). Compensation will be provided.
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Providing worldwide support to Europe, Malaysia, Middle East, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
- Post financial transactions accurately to the general ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations and review related reports.
- Gather and verify supporting documentation for financial entries.
- Contribute to the automation and improvement of closing and reconciliation processes.
- Cross-train on various accounting tasks and provide support across team functions.
- Assist with special projects and additional assignments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, dashboards, scorecards, formulas) is required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
- Multilingual in English additional languages is considered an added advantage.
