- Assist in optimizing financial transactions and systems through the reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts receivable
- Process adjustments to customer accounts
- Generate monthly statements for customers
- Review accounts receivable aging to ensure compliance
- Address customer queries and resolve any issues
- Prepare Interco billing invoice and Interco movement details
- Support month-end closing activities
- Assist with statutory audit requirements
- Assist with Treasury related matter
- Manage subsidiary dormant company management accounts
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Identify problematic accounts and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure financial accuracy
- Possess minimum 1 years’ working experience in accounts receivable and general accounting
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
- Proficient in relevant computer software, particularly SAP Accounting System
- Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
