Financial Advisor (Personal Financing-i)

Core Responsibilities

Immediate Task

1. Planning and implementing effective marketing as well as selling activities to promote MBSB’s PF-i products;
2. Conduct and coordinate awareness campaign such as booth promotions and road tours;
3. Communicating with target customers and managing the customer’s relationship;
4. Identify and recommend any Non-Biro companies for the emplacement for new company tie ups; and
5. Other related sales task deemed necessary to the management.

Progress Report

You are to report directly to your respective Sales Manager (SM) the progress report as follows:

1. To report your daily sales achievement (number of account and amount by the end of working hours.
2. Marketing activity plans on a weekly basis to be addressed.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

1. To adhere to departmental policies, systems, and procedure so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.
2. Keep abreast with financial services of the Group, rules and regulations under BNM and Association of Banks in Malaysia as well as the latest development within the banking circle.
