Job Description
Month-end-closing process
Complete CO cycle runs in SAP (for cost allocation)
Coordinate interface with team members & be first contact for Finance team
Prepare company FC from various sources
Prepare cost allocation workings for merchandise price difference, inventory variations and valuation, variation to NS and provision for doubtful debts
Period Expenses
Perform PE update in SAP
Extract and review monthly PE by cost center and POG
Prepare and send out monthly PE reports (e,g, PE Comm, BA APAC & PLT OE cost centre report, etc.)
Take lead in regular PE review cycles (cost centre review meetings, file preparation, etc,)
Take lead in Allocation Out process incl. overhead charge concept
Advise Finance team on the cost center and cost element to use for ICO invoices
Daily Sales Reports & Management Reporting
Prepare and distribute Daily Sales Report
Prepare input for management reporting
Data maintenance
Market Transfer Prices
Control Standard Cost of merchandise articles
Customer set-up (CRM)
Pricing Tool
Sales Accrual
Prepare Sales Accrual reports on a monthly basis
Distribute reports to BA and Market stakeholders
Ad hoc support
Prepare sales listing for quarterly audits
Data analysis
Ad-hoc requests
Prepare files for team members
Prepare management presentations
Qualifications
Excel skills (Advanced), PowerPoint, Power BI and similar tools (Basic), Analytical Skills (Advanced), SAP CO and FI Module (Basic), Accounting Skills (Advanced), Theory of business administration & translation into day to day business (Basic), English language (Expert)

Qualifications
- Degree in economics, business administration, accounting or other related disciplines.
- 2-5 years Finance/ Accounting experience in a multinational company.
Excel skills (Advanced), PowerPoint, Power BI and similar tools (Basic), Analytical Skills (Advanced), SAP CO and FI Module (Basic), Accounting Skills (Advanced), Theory of business administration & translation into day to day business (Basic), English language (Expert)
