工作職責
- 制定並實施符合公司業務目標和股東期望的財務策略。
- 向董事會提供財務建議和見解，指導決策並支持全公司範圍的措施。
- 領導財務規劃、預測、預算和風險管理策略。
- 透過確保針對特定專案的客製化融資來優化資本結構，以支援大型建設專案。
- 管理營運資金並確保多階段建設專案的穩健現金流規劃。
- 確保嚴格遵守公司治理標準、證券交易所法規和法定報告要求，並可能管理或領導公司的 ESG 策略。
- 監督審計、風險評估和建築特定合約的遵守情況。
- 對稅務優化、監管備案和法律義務承擔責任。
- 與營運團隊合作評估專案獲利能力、管理成本超支並簡化採購。
- 實施財務控制和數位解決方案，以加強合約管理和報告透明度。
- 審查並協商主要合約和供應商協議的條款。
- 與股東、分析師和機構投資者溝通，提供財務業績和公司策略的最新資訊。
- 準備並提交季度收益報告、年度股東大會 (AGM) 資料和股東通訊。
- 管理與貸方、銀行和其他金融利益相關者的關係，以確保基礎設施項目的資金。
- 擁有金融、會計、經濟學或相關領域的學士學位，並具備專業資格（例如 ACCA、MIA）。擁有 MBA 或金融碩士學位是額外的優勢。
- 至少 15 年的漸進式財務領導經驗，其中至少 5 年在 PLC 環境中工作。
- 在建築、房地產開發或基礎設施融資方面擁有豐富的專業知識。
- 對建築成本管理、專案融資和資本投資策略有深入的了解。
- 深入了解 PLC 監管要求、IFRS/GAAP/MFRS 標準以及大型開發的財務模型。
- 卓越的領導能力、利害關係人管理和談判技巧。
