Get To Know The Role

• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS and internal policies.
• Performing tasks related to month-end closing, including preparing journal entries, notes to accounts and balance sheet substantiations and etc.
• Preparation for all tax related to ensure timely submission to tax regulatory.
• Periodic review of workflow processes with the objective to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting processes.
• Collaborating with other finance team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assisting with both internal and external audits, preparing audit schedules, and providing necessary documentation to ensure timely close of audit.
• Managing daily financial related tasks.
• Ad hoc tasks and projects as at when is required.
  
  

The Must Haves

• At least 5 years of working experience preferably in a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields.
• Knowledgeable in financial reporting and a good understanding of the accounting standards.
• Experience in working with cross border and functional teams.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to plan and execute while maintaining effective working relationships.
• Able to work under pressure and in an agile environment.
