In This Role You Will Make An Impact By

• Overseeing the maintenance and operations of Microsoft Intune, plus managing, and securing endpoints across various platforms including related tasks and assignments.
• Setup, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Intune. Managing and securing endpoints across various platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS, VR technologies).
• Implementing and managing security baselines to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Assisting Digital Workplace team in daily tasks.
• Handling IT ticket queue, solving and/or dispatching incidents.
• Participation in various internal projects.
  
  

To Succeed You Must Have

• Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent, from a two- or four-year college or university.
• At least 8-12 years of professional working experience managing and maintaining Microsoft Intune.
• With 2-3 areas of technical knowledge and work experience with technologies and understanding Intune architecture, skills in creating and managing device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access policies.
• Experience in deploying, updating, and managing applications through Intune.
• Skills in PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate tasks and streamline processes.
• Knowledge of compliance settings and reporting to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance. Knowledge of Microsoft Security stack.
• Understanding of VDI solutions such as VMware Horizon, Windows 365, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop. Knowledge of Apple business manager.
