Financial Reporting Analyst/Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Position: Financial Reporting Analyst / Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

(Planning, Forecasting & Reporting)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Partial professional certification ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent is an added advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in Financial Reporting
• Experience in Audit field is an added advantage
• Experience in hands-on Group Consolidation of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting and Accounting
• Familiar with Reporting/Accounting Standards, good knowledge in accounting and compliance requirements
• Knowledge in Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Securities is an added advantage
• Excellent in handling Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication/leadership/problem solving skills
• Knowledge in UBS Software

Main Responsibilities:

- Preparation of the Group Consolidation Financial Statement in monthly/quarterly/yearly

basis, budgeting and forecasting in bi-yearly/yearly basis in line with MFRS

- Ensure timely closing of accounts/issuance of financial results in monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

- Liaison with auditors for timely resolution of audit findings/comments and issuance of Audited Report & complete submission for Statutory Reporting

- Liaison with tax advisor for timely annual corporate tax filing

- Liaison with other consultants when necessary

- Prepare Annual Audited Financial Statements, Quarterly Reports and assist in Annual Report to comply with Listing Requirements

- Provide Accounting Support to (Senior) Finance Analyst in

: - annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles

: - work with the relevant department staff to provide financial support and ensure results, forecasts & budgets are complete and submitted timely

: - assist in Group Budget & Forecast preparation

- any other tasks assigned
