Job Responsibility
- Design and direct workout programs that are customized to the member's needs and goals, conduct small group classes for the gym
- Ensure attentiveness on the gym floor and initiate new member orientation.
- Be good communicators and attentive towards members' needs, being willing and able to adjust workout programs and follow through their requests and present self professionally.
- Able to maintain current clientâs retention and also focus on monthly new personal training clientâs revenue.
- Possess a Diploma in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Fitness Training and Personal Training techniques.
- Exhibit excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their fitness goals.
- Possess comprehensive Health and Wellness Knowledge to provide informed guidance.
- Ability to provide Nutritional Guidance and develop personalized meal plans.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective Exercise Programming tailored to individual client needs.
- Demonstrate Sales skills to promote personal training packages and gym memberships.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Lucrative commission structure - Top performers can earn up to RM7,000-RM10,000 and more including commission every month.
