Job Responsibility

  • Design and direct workout programs that are customized to the member's needs and goals, conduct small group classes for the gym
  • Ensure attentiveness on the gym floor and initiate new member orientation.
  • Be good communicators and attentive towards members' needs, being willing and able to adjust workout programs and follow through their requests and present self professionally.
  • Able to maintain current clientâs retention and also focus on monthly new personal training clientâs revenue.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Fitness Training and Personal Training techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their fitness goals.
  • Possess comprehensive Health and Wellness Knowledge to provide informed guidance.
  • Ability to provide Nutritional Guidance and develop personalized meal plans.
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective Exercise Programming tailored to individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate Sales skills to promote personal training packages and gym memberships.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
