Job Responsibility

KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the smooth Â and efficient operation of the logistics operation Â
Monitor of our own driver, weekly & daily CR estimation and upload merchandise into truck
Ensure proper handling / storage of merchandise during delivery.
To prepare monthly duty roster of the driver, Fleet team and OCW (Cleaning team) which include scheduling of annual, substitute and extra rest day
Responsible for the arrangement of company transportation of merchandise
To prepare & Verified scheduling truck deliveries of Frozen item and other material
To ensure own truck do daily inspection before sending deliveries material i.e. cleaning, pest issue etc
To ensure own truck in a good transaction before sending deliveries material
Responsible to take in charge & count delivery Material ( banjou & cart rack) at stock take day
To conduct training for the Fleet team, OCW (Cleaning team) and driver staffs to upgrade their skill and standard
To solve any problems related to Cleaning and delivery.
Responsible for the cleanliness of sorting area, Loading bay, Washroom area and general area
Responsible for the discipline of all the Fleet team, OCW (cleaning team) and Driver which include their attendance, dress code during working hours.
To make sure all OBC and seal in order
To compile cart rack movement report
To compile banjou movement report
To make sure all banjou and cart rack clean
Responsible for the maintenance of equipment i.e. sanctuary trolley and cart rack etc
To make sure all documentation in order, recorded and filing
Responsible in relation to the implementation of FSSC 22000 in the department
Any other task as instructed by the Fleet Management Asst Â Manager

Job Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

Able to work day and night shift Â with minimum supervision
Possess good communication skill with all levels of staffs
