About the Position

As a Floor Server at BierMad in Eco Botanic, Johor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This full-time position is an integral part of our hospitality team, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Your Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve dishes and beverages to customers promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean and tidy work area and ensure tables are neatly set
Assist in clearing tables, resetting tables and keeping the restaurant tidy
Respond to customer requests promptly and resolve any issues
Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure service runs smoothly
Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we are looking for

Experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail and keenness to maintain a clean and tidy work environment
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including evenings and weekends
Proficient in English and Malay and able to converse with customers
Create a warm atmosphere with a positive, friendly and welcoming approach to customers
