Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess at least a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in Food Industry
- Knowledge in Food Act & Food Safety Regulations
- Familiar with basic microscope handling techniques
- Familiar with fundamental baking and frying methods
- Able to manage multiple projects and meeting tight development timelines
- To develop new food product / process or improve existing ones
- To plan, perform and evaluate baking / frying trials
- To conduct and evaluate taste panels to access flavor / appearance and texture
- Testing of shelf life and stability of foods products
- Working with cross-functional teams like marketing, production and procurement
