About the role

As the Foreman Car at DR. CAR 28 ENTERPRISE, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our car repair workshop in Alor Setar, Kedah. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of automotive repair and maintenance services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of mechanics and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks
• Inspecting completed work to verify quality and adherence to industry standards and customer expectations
• Liaising with customers to understand their repair needs and provide updates on the status of their vehicles
• Maintaining detailed records of work performed, parts used, and labour costs
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing more efficient workflows
• Ensuring the workshop environment is safe, clean, and well-organised
• Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced technicians

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a foreman or supervisor in an automotive repair workshop
• Strong technical knowledge of car diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and manage a team
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic equipment and tools
• Certification or diploma in Automotive Technology or a related field
