Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front office operations, greet visitors, manage calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous manner

Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally

Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area cleanliness

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments

Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks

Maintain visitor records and office supplies inventory

Requirements

Minimum [Diploma] in any field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

IT Savvy

Ability to multitask and work independently
