Functional Designer (Interior Design)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales department to align design and detailed discussions base on client’s lifestyle, household needs and personal preferences to adjust designs to meet client preferences.
• Gather and analyze functional and aesthetic requirements to propose tailored design solutions.
• Research and design furniture that adheres to ergonomic principles, optimizing height, depth, and width.
• Customize furniture features such as storage solutions, modular designs, and multi-functional elements.
• Adjust spatial layouts based on client requirements, optimizing traffic flow and functional zones.
• Collaborate with furniture manufacturers or suppliers to ensure production aligns with design standards.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with Mandarin speaker.
• At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience in Interior Design.
• Skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and 3D Max.
• Stay ahead of design trends and innovations.
