Design & Build firm(PALLET HOWSE) is Hiring! : Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Klang Valley).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Preparation : Fully understand the project details before starting.

2. Site Management : Guide workers and subcontractors on tasks, expectations, and key points.

3. Communication & Reporting : Regularly update on progress, inspect work, and report outcomes.

4. Problem-Solving : Handle unexpected issues, propose solutions, and seek approvals if needed.

5. Quality Control : Ensure all work meets standards with no shortcuts.

6. Material Management : Prevent waste and protect tools and materials.

7. Time Management : Complete tasks on time and inform in advance of any delays.

What we need from you?

• Own transportation needed (frequent driving required).

• Punctual and proactive in work progress updates.

• Able to handle on-site tasks and light paperwork.

• Able to read & speak English

(Experienced is preferred)
