- Supports incidents raised by business in Production environment e.g. Asset Finance, Provenir or D365
- Monitoring Batch run process and observe performance and report to Manager if abnormalities happen.
System Configuration
- Static Data configuration set up for new onboarding project
- Static Data maintenance for live markets upon request received/approved by Business Solution owners.
- To attend tickets raised for User Access Requisition (Asia markets)
Project Support
- Control environment versions in testing environment.
- Coordination of system build, work closely with Global Deployment team, Global Test Automation team to support project Go Live
Project Governance
- Attend triage meeting and provide feedback and updates.
- Updates jira ticket to support turnaround time
- Manage user access request in Servince Now platform
Business Domain
- To facilitate discussions/meetings with business on business processes especially in loan & leasing operating model.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level 6
