Key Responsibilities
Education: At least a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a portfolio that include a mix of digital and print content tailored to the agricultural, industrial, or similar sectors.
Skills
- Visual Content Creation: Design a range of visual assets for digital and print channels, including website graphics, social media visuals, marketing materials, presentations, and ads. These will support both Aonic Agriculture's main brand and any sub-brands within the agriculture vertical.
- Brand Identity Management: Maintain and evolve the visual aspects of Aonic Agriculture's brand identity across all media, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Conceptualize and Design Campaigns: Design key visuals for campaigns specific to agricultural products and services, including product listings, website banners, social media ads, infographics, and promotional visuals tailored for agriculture.
- Promotional Designs: Create visually compelling promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, newsletters, and any print-based promotional materials used in the agriculture sector.
- Design Product Visuals: Develop attractive, high-quality product visuals for agricultural equipment and technology, using creative concepts to drive interest and sales.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Aonic Agriculture marketing and product teams to understand project goals and translate them into visually engaging designs.
- Brainstorm and Innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions to introduce fresh design ideas that reflect current trends in the agriculture and technology sectors.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all design work meets high-quality standards, aligns with Aonic Agriculture's brand, and is consistent with brand guidelines, performing checks before publishing or printing any assets.
Education: At least a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a portfolio that include a mix of digital and print content tailored to the agricultural, industrial, or similar sectors.
Skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to create visually appealing, brand-consistent designs for both digital and print.
- Knowledge of basic UX design principles is a plus
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and tools.
