- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media content.
- Create festive templates, GIFs, and short videos for social media posts.
- Design visual assets for company events (banners, backdrops, presentation templates).
- Develop a monthly “Top Sales Performance” template.
- Assist agents with custom advertisements and promotional videos.
- Design branded merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, company swag).
- Collaborate with the marketing team on cohesive brand strategies.
- Maintain and update design templates and brand guidelines.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Premiere Pro, and CapCut..
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Effective communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) .
- Design marketing posters, social media content, and promotional materials — primarily in Mandarin, tailored to our core audience.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.
