General Summary

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving distribution and retailer specific account management, partnering with sales counterpart on sell-in forecasting, and sell- out optimization. The account manager will focus on building channel relationships with distributors and top tier retail partners in Indonesia. The selected candidate will manage channel sell-out activities while working cross-functionally within Qualcomm to build coordinated marketing campaigns that drive sales of compute products. The channel manager will focus on driving Snapdragon compute products into the channel and developing winning strategies to expand assortment and accelerate sales velocity with our distributor and channel partners.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Execution of our account channel management and go-to-market planning for distributor and retail partners in Indonesia
  • End-to-end strategic account and sales management to drive Snapdragon PCs
  • Executing sales campaigns with channel partners that drive significant market share gains in the market.
  • Tracking the productivity and ROI of channel investments.
  • Exceeding channel quota for sales and impact.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with channel marketing and field sales programming.
  • Partnering with regional OEM teams to drive and launch products in the channel.
  • Developing and delivering on strategic account plans, timelines, and implementing programming.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in consumer electronic technology channel sales (e.g., sales to retail or e-tail), channel marketing, or management.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Consumer Compute technology channel sales, channel marketing, or account management.
  • Significant channel sales experience and a proven track record of working with channel partners to grow their sales in new business segments.
  • Existing relationships with distributor, channel leadership and retail account owners in Indonesia
  • Working knowledge of the Consumer Compute technology ecosystem and partners.
  • Ability to successfully navigate inherent challenges/obstacles of new product adoption and demonstrated experience in selling new or nascent technology/devices through channel partners.
  • Ability to communicate, educate, and evangelize both internally & externally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
