- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Experienced in holding senior position - involving in decision making, serving as a finance business partner to Managing Director / CEO and driving business improvement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to articulate.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, managing the company's exposure effectively.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and relationships with financial institutions.
- Supervise the accounting function and ensure adherence to tax regulations and financial laws.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and optimize financial systems and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Experience in handling Audited Financial Statements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold other relevant professional certifications such as MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA.
- Proven experience as a senior financial management role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
