We're Hiring: Head of Finance!
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive the company’s fiscal strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a proven track record in managing finance teams while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Location: Sepang, Malaysia

What You'll Do
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors and banks
Analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Lead and mentor finance team members to enhance their capabilities
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role in a relevant industry
Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and risk management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
