Job Description
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's growth and business objectives.
- Conduct HR needs assessments and develop plans to address identified gaps.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic direction.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify development opportunities.
- Oversee employee relations and address any issues promptly and professionally.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation levels.
- Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Manage employee communications and ensure effective internal communication channels.
- HR Operations and Administration:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Oversee HR systems and processes, including payroll, time and attendance, and HR information systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
