What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
- Generating qualified leads through a range of marketing activities, such as events, digital campaigns, and social networking etc
- Delivering presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiating and closing sales deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Collaborating with the customer service team to create and implement impactful campaigns
- Tracking and analysing sales and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Providing regular reports and updates to the management team
- Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports to measure achievements against targets
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use market insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
What we're looking for
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the Hospital & Tourism industry or IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results
- Degree in Hospital & Tourism, IT, marketing, or a related field is preferred
