Job Responsibility
- Answer inbound call from Hong Kong customers, process hotel & ticket inquiries, booking, after sales and customer complaint, as well as reply email
- Provide accurate information and details to customer
- Working day and working hour including weekend, public holiday and shift rotation
- Languages Required: Chinese and Cantonese (Nonverbal)
- A visa passport will be prepared by company
- Good communication skill (English and Chinese)
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply, Complete training provided
- Able to work in shift rotation (1 Shift 9 hours. 1 1/2 rest hour)
- 5 working days per week Unlimited commission and allowance
- A comfortable and complete facilities rest room, gym, and any other facilities such as pool and footsal table
