HR & ADMIN

  • Responsible in employee recruitment process i.e advertisement, interview and issuant of appointment letter.
  • Responsible to ensure that new employee has undergone induction training and other training as stated by company.
  • Responsible in the employee payroll, EPF and SOCSO and etc.
  • Responsible in the administration and record of employee attendance, leave and overtime.
  • Responsible to liaise with HOD / Department PIC to resolve any employee issues.
  • Responsible in arranging and renewing foreign workers working visa and medical checkup.
  • Responsible in monitoring / recording the issuance of company belongings such as uniform, personal safety equipment and etc.
  • Responsible to liaise with HOD / Department PIC to conduct training needs analysis, consolidate training needs identified, develop and execute the training plan, evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted and update and maintain staff training records.
  • Responsible in office equipment / facilities upkeep and maintenance - external contractor / service provider.
  • Responsible in monitoring, arranging and renewing of company Lorries LPKP permit, road taxes, insurance, PUSPAKOM inspection and vehicle maintenance service.
  • Responsible in monitoring and updating of company's vehicles running expenses.
  • Actively improve morale and job satisfaction, and reduce turnover and so the health risk creates opportunities to improve the overall job satisfaction.
  • Responsible to submit Yearly Employee Evaluation and Training Performance for Management Review.

ACCOUNT

  • Responsible in AR, AP and GL which including billing, manage the fund position of the company, issuing cheques, banking, prepare bank reconciliation and all works related to the closing account (full support to General Ledger and Journals preparation)
  • Responsible in managing and control the company's payment liabilities to suppliers/vendors/service providers/SOCSO/HRDF/EPF/LHDN in timely manner.
  • Responsible to assist in generating monthly Debtors Statement of Account and Debtor Ageing Report within the specified time frame.
  • Work closely and follow-up with other departments to facilitate smooth operation of accounting functions.
  • Responsible to back-up of company's ERP data.
  • Any other special projects relating to financial matters from time to time.

ACADEMIC, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENT

  • SPM certificate and above with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • ACCA or Certificate in accounting or 5 years experience in account and financial field.
  • Knowledge of Accounting System.
  • More than 1 year HR and Accounts experience.
  • Multi tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
